Before you browse our display cases though, take the time to practice with different types of firearms at our shooting range. This is the best way for you to determine your comfort levels, your optimal shooting range, and which firearms just feel right when you aim and fire.

If you don’t happen to see what you want, then we’re happy to order it for you. Our prices are extremely competitive, and we do everything possible to you get the best price possible. Talk to us if you need anything at all, and we’ll work with our extensive network of distributors or directly with manufacturers to track it down. *Please note that deposits are required for special orders and/or layaways. Should you not be eligible to purchase a firearm, or if you decide not to purchase, you will subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We accept firearm transfers from other dealers. If you are purchasing a firearm online or just having a firearm sent to us from another manufacturer, have them contact us at ffl@volusiatopgun.com to request our FFL, if they need it. Unfortunately, due to scams that exist online, we do not provide our FFL to anyone else that does not possess a FFL.
Please inform your dealer to include a hard copy of their FFL and your contact information, with your firearm to avoid any further delays. Your transfer cannot be entered in if we do not know who it came from and we cannot call you if we do not know who it is for. We do not accept personal transfers. The firearm must come from another FFL.
Once your firearm is entered in our system, we will contact you when your firearm is ready for pickup. Just because your tracking info says it is here, does not mean it is ready for immediate pickup.
We can also ship out firearms to other dealers. Whether you purchase one from us to ship or bring one in, we can get it to the dealer of your choosing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm we are shipping is compliant if it is going to a state that may have restrictions. We are not responsible if the dealer you choose, sends the firearm back to us.
If you are already in contact with your dealer about us shipping a firearm to them, you can have them email us their FFL to ffl@volusiatopgun.com. Timing for shipping out your firearm will depend on how long your receiving FFL responds back to us.
Once notification has been made/attempted that the firearm is completed (cleaning or modification) or has been received in the store as a transfer, the customer will have 60 days to pick up their firearm/merchandise. After 60 days, the customer will be assessed a $10/day storage fee until the firearm is picked up or the value of the firearm or cost of labor has been exceeded. Once the storage fee exceeds the cost of labor and/or value of the firearm, then the firearm will be considered as abandoned property and will be put on the floor for resale.
